Nova Scotia Golf Association Press Release:
Halifax, NS – Nova Scotia’s top male golfers in the Mid-Amateur Division will compete this coming weekend at in the Nova Scotia Golf Association’s Mid-Amateur Championship, hosted by the Greenwood Golf Club in Greenwood, Nova Scotia.
Over 120 golfers over the age of 25 will be competing in three days of competition starting on Friday, June 18th. After 54 holes, the tournament will conclude with the final round on Sunday, June 20th.
Trevor Chow, the 2009 NSGA Mid-Amateur Champion, will be returning to defend his title against the field.
This year’s championship will select a team four (4) to represent Nova Scotia at the 2010 Canadian Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship on August 16-20 at the Royal Ottawa Golf Club in Gatineau, QC.
