All 18 holes are open this morning, with carts. For the most part we are dry, but there is still some standing water around, so if you play in a cart please be respectful of the course and avoid water, low areas and soft ground.

Golf Course Open 29 March
Monday, March 29th, 2010“Old 9″ Open Sunday 28 March
Sunday, March 28th, 2010We can play the “Old 9″ today, with carts. We are using a temporary tee for the 10th hole, as we still have a little snow on that tee. Please call the Pro Shop at 765-5800 for more details.
Golf Course Closed 27 March
Saturday, March 27th, 2010The Annapolis River is flowing where it should now, and not interfering with the golf course as much anymore. We would be able to play at least the “Old 9″ today. Unfortunately the course has quite a bit of snow and ice on it from the weather we had yesterday, which poses a safety concern for the course as well as you, the golfer. We will remain closed for the day, please check back later Saturday afternoon for an update.

Founder’s and Builder’s 4 Person Mixed Scramble
Friday, March 26th, 2010This is our second annual Mixed Scramble Tournament. Last year 14 teams enjoyed a great weekend of golf and socializing and we hope to have the tournament grow this year.

Greenwood Shoot-Out
Friday, March 26th, 2010The Greenwood Shoot-Out is a 2 day, 2 man scramble played the last weekend in August.
It’s a really fun weekend with a great banquet held on the Saturday night.
Greenwood Fall Ball
Friday, March 26th, 2010“Greenwood Fall Ball” is a mixed golf tournament played using the “Pinehurst” format.
Each player tee’s off from their respective tee boxes, “crosses over” and plays their partner’s ball and then they decide whose ball they will play alternately to finish the hole.
It is a 2 day tournament played on Saturday and Sunday with a practice round played during the week before.
Friday evening there is a “Meet & Greet” with finger food and a “Glow Ball” putting contest at dusk.
Saturday there is a meal and a dance with door prizes given out, and again “Glow Ball” putting contest.
Golf Course Still Closed
Friday, March 26th, 2010Unfortuneatley the course is still closed due to flooding. We are hoping the flooding to have subsided enough to at least play the “Old 9″ for Sunday. Please check back Saturday morning for an update.
Golf Course Closed 25 March
Thursday, March 25th, 2010The river came up over night, so we’re closed today. Check back tomorrow for an update, we hope to be open again by the weekend.
Open for 2010
Sunday, March 21st, 2010We opened the course on Thursday, March 17th. We’re in really great shape, the course wintered very well and is dry and playable. Green Fee’s for the month of March are just $20, so come on out and take advantage of the early opening.
