We’ve had some long overdue repair work done to the planking of the Truss bridge on #3 – thanks for your patience and understanding.  Work should be complete by Wednesday morning and we’re sure you’ll appreciate the difference.

Congratulations to our club champions, Doug Carpenter and Donna Hill!  The weather looks promising for the upcoming Shoot-Out – welcome to those visiting our club and good luck to all.

Wednesday is Nicole’s last day on the bar cart – say hi and wish her luck as she heads back to school for the Fall.

For those that haven’t heard, Major Glenn Watters will complete the remainder of the season as the Club President.  Glenn returns to the position having filled it for the previous two seasons, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience – welcome back Glenn!  Also returning, although only after about two weeks of vacation, is Dallas – we’ve missed you in the Pro Shop Dallas.  With summer coming to an end and the school season looming, Angel and Nicole will soon be heading back to classes – if you see Nicole, be sure to wish her the best as she heads back next week; Angel will be with us until the Fall Ball.  Speaking of the Fall Ball, there are still spots open for teams to enter – contact the Pro Shop for details.

The staff would like to welcome Mr. Wesley Eisner to the maintenance staff.  Wesley wasted no time and made a positive impact on the club when he and Tony got to work cleaning the clubhouse and clearing out those nasty cobwebs that have been making everyone a bit antsy.  Another new addition this week will be Terri Doyle, who is returning to the Pro Shop after being away for a few years.  Finally, a big “congrats” to Rose and Reg who just recently celebrated an impressive milestone – their 50th wedding anniversary!  There’s still a lot of golfing left in the season so when you see Wesley, Terri, Rose, or any of the other maintenance workers and clubhouse staff, be sure to say hi.
